Turnovers hurt the Rams bad in this game as they lost despite having possession of the football for 36:24 of the game.  Marc Bulger had a sub-par game as he completed 20 of 39 passes for 219 yards with 1 TD pass and 2 interceptions.  Steven Jackson had one of his best games of the season against the Packers as he carried the ball 24 times for 143 yards (6.0 ypc) and he also caught 4 passes for 27 yards (6.8 avg).  Isaac Bruce (4 rec, 71 yards) and Torry Holt (3 rec, 21 yards) led the way for the Rams in the passing game.  The Rams finished up with 173 yards rushing on 31 carries (5.6 ypc) and they also completed 20 of 39 passes for 191 yards.

Oshiomogho Atogwe (4 tackles, 2 sacks) led the way for the Rams Defense in this game.  The Packers finished up with 52 yards rushing on 23 carries (2.3 ypc) and they also completed 19 of 30 passes for 227 yards.
