The Rams have signed WR Travis Taylor to a 1-year contract.  Taylor was one of the last cuts by the Raiders before the season started but the Rams need bodies and Taylor at least has a lot of experience.  Taylor has played in 101 games (90 starts) in his NFL career and he has caught 311 passes for 4,013 yards (12.9 avg) with 22 TD catches.  He also has carried the football 32 times for 232 yards (7.2 ypc).
