The NFL has suspended cornerback Fakhir Brown for the first four games of the NFL season because of substance abuse.  He played in 14 games for the Rams last season and he made 66 tackles, had a sack, 3 interceptions, defensed 6 passes and forced 2 fumbles.  Brown will likely be replaced in the starting lineup Ronald Bartell.  Bartell played in all 16 games last season and he made 25 tackles, had 3 interceptions and defensed 3 passes.  Opposing teams will likely pick on Bartell early and often in the first 4 games of the season.
